Title: Thinking out of the box
Post by: nopoop on February 28, 2007, 01:48:44 AM
I've discovered that if you don't have modern plumbing where a garbage disposal is an option..

..if you can't finish your chicken nooodule soup..and there is an abundence of nooodules and wittle hunks of chicken floating around in the stuff..

..if you flush it down the turlet, you don't get all those nooodule things clogging up that screen thingy with the knob in the kitchen sink.

Think out of the box.

wow how can you have any leftover chicken noodle soup, that stuff is yummy.....you must be a soup dweeb.
here are some rules to avoid the "Soup Dweeb" label
1. open your soup with a swiss army knife because any moron can use a can opener and you don't wanna be "that guy"
2. Cook your soup on the stove....frikkin microwave dweebs always heating things faster...those things should be perked.
3. A can of soup has two servings with or without having to add water for the most part and are best enjoyed 1o1 if a third party comes in for soup he is obviously looking to finish someones soup before they are finished eating it...This is not nice.
4. Only Eat traditional soups that are older and actually take some talent to eat...don't eat the UBER soups because they taste good and are easy to eat that is just lame.
5. always cook your soup at low alt, there are very few soupcan labels with High alt directions, and there is no need for cooking at high alt anyways, soup is always enjoyed best at 1k or below

I'm sorry, I just cannot do the "flush undigested food down the toilet" trick.....it is soooo close to vomiting, I nearly vomited the one time I went to flush something foodwise..... Nope , just can do her. :huh

rumor has it there is a new fangled device called the "garbage disposal"...has made the "screen thingy" obsolete except in 300 year old buildings and, of course, Britain....

Actually in some places Garbage Disposals are a violation of building codes (i.e. illegal) because they are hard on the water treatment plants.  Chalk that bit of legislation up as a feather for the GORE-nolas.

Get a dog.  No need to rinse before you put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher anymore either.

Or, even better, get a cat or two.  Those sand-papery tongues get the stickiest leftovers off any eating or cooking utensils.

If you have a big dog and get a cat for the above purpose, do not name the cat "Lunch". Life Lesson Learned.

Heck, with a dog or a couple cats, who even needs a dishwasher any more?  Except for Brussell sprouts and chickpeas I mean .... not even the dog will clean those dishes.
