Well i am a irishman i did some research and found some pics of a irish spitfire and i do have many pics of it and was woundering if some one would be interested in makeing a skin for it i would forever be in your debt
i would be more then happy to learn how to do it if you all would tell me how i can email the pic not to sure to put then up on here

any help will be great.

you really need to post this in the custom skin section and youll also be able to a attach a picture to your post as long as it is not to large.

i am sure one of the guys will be willing to do the skin for u

I'm disappointed.  I was expecting a joke.  Or a picture of a spitfire with its wings back to front or something. :(

i think you are referring to the twin aerodynamic chest fairings?  smooths the airflow over the wings....

The Irish Air Corps had a number of 2 seat Spitfire T9 trainers as well as Seafire IIIs postwar.

Many of those trainers still exist including PV202 which is restored in it's IAC markings.

The Grace Spitfire that flies in it's wartime markings is former IAC as is TE308 owned by Bill Greenwood in the US  There are two others whose serials I can't remember at the moment, one in the US and one flying in England that also were IAC and at least one Seafire III being restored that is ex IAC.

Here is PV202 in it's IAC markings.  Alex Henshaw is in the rear cockpit

I didnt have the time,  people I work with have this funny idea about how I should be spending my time when I am work.. :rolleyes:   as it was I slapped that together in about 15 minutes
