Title: Darn it, my sticks not recognized buy my system anymore.

my joystick is dead, i cant figure out what the heck is wrong with it. I was playing last night with no problems and RW started acking weird, i could here people talking but could not transmit. People could here my "click" as i tried to transmit but nothing more. My mic was working, so i rebooted and RW started working again but my stick wasnt.

Its not listed in control panel, device manager or the game controlers. Its a USB MS sidewinder percisoin pro 2, i tried un hooking it, rebooting and then hooking it back up and it still is not reconized buy the system. I also tried other USB ports, and both ports are listed and functioning in the device manager.

Im drawing a blank here, if anyone has any ideas please let me know..

Reinstall the software for it. See if that works.
