Just a little of your time for an honorable man.Ranger Edmond L. Carroll,HQ Company,5th Ranger Battalion.Has reported to a far greater authority.He participated in all the 5th Battalions actions,and he was the holder of many combat decorations,which he never mentioned to anyone.This kind, humble,good natured man will always be in my memory.May God bless him.
As Tom Hanks said,they are leaving us now,and in my words,we are way the worse off for it.
