I thought the "World Cup" was for Soccer??

Also Rugby Union, Rugby League and a number of other sports. I can see how a yank would find this confusing as it involves becoming world champion by beating teams from other countries. :)

Well, I am under no illusions so I'm virtually certain we won't have to face the Aussies.

We are in Group B.

Teams are:

India
Sri Lanka
Bangladesh
Bermuda

I should say. The Sri side is polished when it comes to wicketing the googlie, and those Bangers can really mash it. Why the last side outed a one-off without a pass-by. It was incredible.
