is there any way for me to like give hime a gift of some pay to play time or will i have to convience him to do it on his own?

I gave my brother 6 months for X-mas one year.  I just opened a 2nd account and put it on my cc.  When the six months were up I just cancelled the account.  Of course he had to use the name I picked for him (which I don't remember).
