Title: What processes needed in Win2k?

I just installed Win2k and so far AH plays okay.  But I'm wondering if I'm running too many background apps.  In Win98 I usually only ran explorer and systray, and end-tasked everything else.  What can I safely do away with in Win2k to keep other programs from stealing CPU cycles from AH?

Probably shoulda axed this in "Hardware and Software".  Yep, gonna post it there, as this isn't exactly a support issue.
