Title: Perks Broken in LWBlue

Not that I really want to be like the kid who reminds the teacher that she didn't give out any homework, but the perk system seems to be turned off in LWBlue.  Everything in the hangar shows as 0 points.  And it's giving out big perks.  I got 18 perks for 4 kills in a 109K-4 with a multiplier of 1.24 or thereabout.

I've had this happen to me before, it's not really the case, just relog.
