If you meant "Japan", then yes, Raptor has completed a Japan terrain for SEA use. You can download it here (http://www.hitechcreations.com/download/dlterrframe.html).

It's called: AHJAPAN1.

He meant Saipan. Saipan is just north of Tinian in the Mariana islands.

Okay, well, I'm not that good at geography, just thought I'd make the suggestion with the "just in case" factor in hand.

I started a Phillipine Sea/Marianas Map.  Its not of Saipan specifically, but Saipan is on there.
