I loved the finger after the "stuff" found it's way to the canopy. :lol

So that's the ugly truth to precision military flying. What a bunch of.... ordinary guys having fun. :lol

What's with all the FO in the cockpit? Holey crap!
That flight surgeon is a handsomehunk. If he had to punch like that he wouldn't have made it.

The Thunderbirds is mostly just formation flying at 300-400mph. The F-16 demo teams are much more exciting to watch. Same with the Blue Angels. I saw them last year at Thunder Over Louisville. The F-18 Super Hornet demo is more exciting to watch.

The Tach Demo's are sweet but those guys have the airspace all to themselves. The formation flying is amazing when you remember those guys are sometimes only 18 inches apart from each other at 400MPH. Both types of flying really show what the planes and pilots are capable of. They more or less go hand in hand with each other.

Both are awesome in their own respects. I've heard "the best" demos to catch are factory demos to prospective buyers...

Ever heard Bill Engvall's bit about flying with the Thunderbirds? Funny chit;
