Title: What are the really active vox chs?
Post by: quintv on March 10, 2007, 08:47:08 AM
In the three countries?

I don't want to commit to a squad because of the strong likehood that I won't be reupping my sub, but I also want to get a feel for flying with a large group that you don't really get with lone wolfing.

I understand there are uber flights of people running around but I have no idea how to tag along.

Well it just depends if there are squads on the channels or not, if there are they might not want you on there, vox isn't like a chat room or anything.  Other then my squad channel, I don't know of anymore.

I think channel 201 is used quite a bit for vox.  Just let me know what arena you fly in, which country you fly for, and exactly where you are at and I'll "secure" it for you.

I've seen you around  in some of the same areas that the CHAWKS have been roosting... rousting... pillaging.. shearing.. clubbing...
Sorry to hear you wont be re-upping your sub.
Flying alone is Ok, but it's the squad commradarie that gets me hooked.
Almost always is a CHAWK on in MA Orange or Blue. CH 164

71 squadron is not what you'd call an 'uber squad'. we have a fair few members but most we have online is usually about 8-10 plus a few friends on channel.

we only fly fighters and may only spend 5 mins pretending to capture things to start a furball, so be warned if yuore a strategic gamer.

vox 171 flying for nits, all are welcome but we will squelch you if we dont like you :) (or if ur jaxxo)

If you see someone you'd like to be flying with find their name on the roster and "right click" it.

Select "tune to" from the menu and send them a short message.

Be polite and patient because, believe it or not, they may not want to talk to you or they may be busy.

I'm sure most will invite you to fly along.
