Meh,

Too much technoilogy to solve a problem without a real problem.

Better more elegent solution. Build a computer "desk" with the base consisting of 2 small dorm style refrigerators. Set the doors to open towards the chair. Rsult, an easy access cold beer storage / dispensor that will not fizz up the beer nor require athletic ability that will fade and fail to catch said fizzy beer after the first 6 or 8.
