Oh my ... lucky no one got injured. Quite impressive, got me jumping out of my seat.

Hey I had something similiar to this happen to me.

Was using the blender, left the spoon in it and lid off,

hit Frappe, and ohh the carnage,

nothing like Bannana shrapnel Dackeries
