Name your favorite movie by the following actors.........

To start I will chose 3 actors, and a week from now chose 3 more.

And you may add in a runner up movie-------

If you like add WHY you like the movie.

Hey you never know, someone may rent the DVD and see the movie if your reason is good enough.

"Broken Trial"  arrrrgghhh "Lonesome Dove" is SOOOO close!

"The Warlord"

Runner up ..

Just did a quick search on them.  John Huston and John Milius.  Will definitely have to check them out.

Robert Duval was excellent in secondhand lions. Excellent movie and a real chance for true craftsmanship to show through.

I also very much liked him in Open Range.
Bit more terse, and didn't have a lot to say at times. But still Duval on a good day.

Lonesome dove was good, but if you really want the full range of what Duval can do, Secondhand lions is it. Its like the difference between a coffee blend, and a single straight full bodied coffee. It may give you a jolt, but you'll remember it.

YEP!

Duval has done some excellent work IMHO.  Enjoy his work.

I see no one has touched "The Warlord".

IMHO possibly Heston's best work?

Like to mention something here........... Michal Cain is in two of the films I've mentioned.  (probably misspelled his name :( )

"Secondhand Lions" with Duval, and "The Man who would be King" with Connery.
