Sci Fi Authors stories  (written please!)

Later we can chose Fantasy, war, etc.........

Chose your top three!

I would select 3 BUT not everyone read Sci Fi and many don't know about several authors as well.


And if you like include a runner up by the same author...

I'll start with 3 of my favorites BUT I have many more!

Gordon R. Dickson

"The Dragon and the George"  and the other books in the series.

L. Neil Smith

As I normally don't like Sci-Fi books I can only say Arthur C. Clarke.

Arthur C. Clarke is IMHO one of the GREATS!

I've tried to read various Sci-Fi books but Clarke's are the only ones I've finished.

Generally, Sci-Fi writers bore me to tears.  Fantasy writers, too.
