Hello All
maybe you folks or the SCSI king can help us...
We've been trying to use TeamSpeak to expand our Vox channels during Squad Op's and have run across issues with the AH vox system giveing mike static about 10-20% of the time. Has anyone else experianced this, is it possibly codec related? Any insight or tips you could give to help us resolve this would be appreciated.

Kitty....I don't know if this is related. I recently installed teamspeak.
I use control Manager and use the same map for AH and IL2.
When I tried to configure Teamspeak it seems it pooched my vox in AH.
I removed teamspeak in remove/change software in windows. Previously saved a copy of my AH settings renamed and swaped settings files and all is well. PC's are a finicky lot. As usuall depending upon settings in the PC software works or doesn't. Currently looking for a work around. Plus to thicken the plot I have no soundcard. I use a USB driver for sound. Have 5.1 Digital Surround headset with Mic.
By the way when you installed the most recent version of Teamspeak it should have checked your pc for codecs that needed to be installed. It will install them automatically if need be.
Good luck!

BluKitty,
One of my squaddies and I just spent some time troubleshooting this exact same prob and we "seem" to have solved it. only time will tell:D
Here is what we did:
Set both teamspeak and AHVox to Wave in. (this may not be nec but that is what they were set at when we got it to work
Went to control panel/sounds/Voice/playback advanced and moved hardware exceleration back 2 notches. hit applied and voila it worked.
His hard was either SBlive or audigy he wasn't sure it was one of those 2. Op sys is XP
Hope this helps.
