I flew out of Seatac yesterday and had a couple hours to kill so I went to the MOF. As I was stepping out of the car, this beast was taking off from Boeing field. It took me a minute to get the camera out and turned on, so the picture is lousy. It looked like a modified 747 with a green enlarged fuselage.

to be used to fly all those pieces of 787s from all those fabrication locations all over the world. Heck of a sight to see flying, still....I don't think it has the acreage of a A380.

You mean that boondoggle that'll bankrupt Airbus cause they just had to have the largest passenger plane on the market? If you're going to bet the farm on the largest passenger plane then double its capacity, the market doesn't exist to increase your load by 50 passengers. But that's o.k. by us angry Americans, you go ahead and let the French do what they do best...
