I have ran the PingPlotter Software and noticed the Packet-loss Line
What do I generalyl do from here?

Depends on where (which line) it is happening at.  If it is in your ISP's network, then you need to contact them about it.

PingPlot has the ability to save its data as a text file.  You can then email it to me and I would be happy to analyze it for you.
