Unimax has done George Welch's P-40B in 1/72 scale diecast.
Welch shot down 4 Japanese aircraft at Pearl Harbor, with an additional 2 probables. His wingman, Lt. Taylor shot down 2 and damaged 2 more. These two were responsible for almost 1/4 of Japanese losses during the raid.
Unimax has done a nice job with the P-40B, showing excellent engine detail (removable engine covers) and good detail on the fabric covered surfaces.
An outstanding value at $11. Target carries the Unimax Forces of Valor line.

Some other Unimax diecast. All shown are 1/72 scale.... Detail is excellent for this small size.

The fabric impression looks overdone on the P-40. OTherwise it looks nice.
