Title: Basic Flight Clinic
Post by: hammer on March 19, 2007, 07:29:15 AM
On Tuesday, 20 March 2007 at 8:30pm EST, there will be a clinic in the training arena on basic flight covering selecting a plane, configuring its fuel and weapons, take off and landing at an airfield, and basic maneuvers. This clinic was originally scheduled for tonight (Monday) but unforseen circumstances have forced me to postpone it for a night.

For those of you who frequent the TA, please help spread the word.

To participate in the clinic, you must have your controllers (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/controllers/controllers.htm) or mouse (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/mouse/mouse.htm) set up. We will not spend time setting up controllers. You must also be able to tune your radio (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/radio/radio.htm) to a designated vox and text channel.

Information covered in this clinic can be found at the Trainers' Web Site (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com) in the following write-ups:

The Hangar (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/hangar/hangar.htm)
Flight Controls (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/flightcontrols/flightcontrols.htm)
Cockpit Guages (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/gauges/gauges.htm)
Taking Off from an Airfield (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/takeofffield/takeofffield.htm)
Landing at an Airfield (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/landingfield/landingfield.htm)
Basic Maneuvers (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/maneuvers/maneuvers.htm)

Regards,

Hammer
