Would you believe that the Army forgot all bout that thing until someone collided with it on a range in the 80's? It was an overgrown lump, nobody thought anything of it until a Patton ran into it and it went "CLANG".

Leave it to the US Army to lose a 95 tons assualt tank...

It looks like something very large, very heavy (possibly hub) has fallen on top of a Tiger II and squashed it.
