My mother has a bad case of neuropathy. A disease that attacks the nerve endings in her feet and hands particularly. She also has some arthritis I'm sure. She has difficulty holding things like pens to write with and even has trouble picking up things off the table like paper.
Someone gave her a very interesting ballpoint pen. It was made in the form of a large wishbone. She can put her forefinger through the Y shaped portion and rest the end of it on top. This gives her the necessary pressure to write with. Control is with her thumb and second finger and requires very little pressure. She can write pretty good with it and that gives her a feeling of accomplishment.
She will be 86 years old on her next birthday, April 10th, and I am wanting to find some more of these pens so she can have plenty in stock.
Problem is I can't find any anywhere. I've tried googleing with several different strings and none give me what I want.
If any of you super sleuths on this board happen accross a site for these please let me know.
Thanks buds,
Mark

That's it guys, thanks! How did you find it so quick? Been looking off and on for two days now.

VWE, it's not her birthday present, I'm going to give her something else for that, I just needed a source to get some more of the pens.

I use a different search engine.
http://www.dogpile.com
Enter the words 'pen wishbone' ( no quotes ) and the manufacturor's site was my first hit.
Good luck!
Edit: Hmm.. just tried google and it returned the same results..

I searched for a "Y" shaped pen. I should have called it a wishbone.
Duh...
