what capacity is the tank? 5 gal?

found it from the website on the first model:

Fuel Mileage: 96 mpg @ 55 mph (Tested)
Range: 408 miles @ 55 mph
so about a 4 gallon tank.

Hmmm, not sure I'd be too happy in stop and go traffic or at stop lights sitting on something covering me in Diesel exhaust - or have they got that covered?
