How do I find out what version of Directx I'm running? Thx, aztec

Aztec

In the START menu click on 'run' then type "dxdiag"

The version number should be on the opening screen at the bottom.

Thx Grizz...if I need to update do I have to uninstall old DX 1st?

Not if you are upgrading Aztec..but if you want to go to an older version (some are having better results by doing this) then yes, you have to un-install.
