don't let someone switch sides and control a CV group.  and make it loop in one spot for hours on end. (aidenous, ) a nit messing with bish CV.

I think that is rather a wish than a bug report and should belong to the wishlist.
However, even being an ardent countryswitcher myself, I would support that wish.
