Title: Skin viewer

are their any instructions to the skin viewer?  Maybe I'm dense... but (actually a pretty good chance this is in fact the case)  I can't seem to figure it out for the life of me.  

I'm working on a skin and I can't get it to show in the skin view.. I think I've saved it as a 256 color (indexed color)  1024x1024 bmp.  Is there a certain file name I need to use?  I'm kinda at a loss here.

N/M folks think I have it figured out, didn't have my preview directory named correctly.

Same rules apply. If it shows up in the skin viewer, it'll show up offline, and vice versa.
