HTC seems to always add a new wrinkle when they update the graphics on a particular plane. You might get your wish :)

My resource says first fly in August 1943 and total production number is 99. More than Ta152. Ki-61 II Kai is also the only survivor of Ki-61.

Update. About production number.
Ki-61 II---8
Ki-61 II Kai prototype---30
Ki-61 II Kai---99,other 275 fuselages install the Ha112 engine become Ki-100.
The mass of Ki-61 II was deployed in 56th sentai.
Ki-61 II got good high altitude performance, but again the Ha140(1500hp) was a problem.
