Sherman is enabled online where it's supposed to be with the possible exception of the TA. At least earlier it wasn't.

They said the B-25 would be worked on after the next patch, the one released today.
"Work on the B-25 will begin after that for release in version 2.11."

It is enabled in the TA and Dueling arenas.  Only available at fields in the TA where vehicles are available.
