Now, will HTC allow skins for American Shermans even though it's a Brit variant, seeing as how this is the only M4 we get? How different in appearance is the Firefly from uprated gun/armor American variants like the Easy 8?

I'd also like to see some sort hard clarification of the "Close Enough" rule, and what DOES, in fact, constitute "Close Enough" as there seems to be some variation. I mean, could I skin an F4U-2 Corsair on the F4U-1, since they're technically the same plane (minus the radome)?

I remember reading somewhere that the some US units were loaned a few Fireflies by the British. Anyone able to confirm this?

Im actually surprised they just didnt model the M4A3 (76) US Army version of the Sherman but maybe we will get it later.

There doesnt seem to be any evidence the Firefly ever served with the US Army past a few that maybe were used in tests.

British, Canadian and Polish armored units did use it.

No evidence the Soviets ever had it either.

Ok how do you take external screen shots of Vehicles in the offline mode?

Teaser shot of the Firefly I am working on.

Fencer found this article on US Army Fireflies (http://freespace.virgin.net/shermanic.firefly/usnew.html). I'm not going to be doing any Firefly skins myself, but I thought someone else might find it useful.
