Title: 2 weeks free?

I finally decided to download AH onto my box - having heard of the 2 week free trial....

Having entered my password and so on, it informs me that my free trail is now over and I must subscribe. I have never installed AH before, never played it, and am finding this rather a poor start.

Why is the 2 free weeks no-longer valid - its still says it's running on the download page?

The 2 weeks is still valid.  I'd email HTC or call them.

(Normally you would only get that message if your IP address had been in the MA before.)

thanks - calling is not an option (I'm based in UK) and I've emailed billing on Firday - no reply as yet. Anything else you can suggest?

 Did you or anyone ever have a free trial to AH while using that computer???

Hi Westy! Long time no see! To answer your question, no. AH has never been installed on this box, or any other computer of mine, nor have I ever played it on-line on this or any other computer, mine or indeed anyone elses.

All of which leaves me pretty confused as to why it's not letting me in for the 2 week trial.
