I need some help I am at a complete lose as how to develope the detail like I've seen on some others nose art.  Also how to make just the pennant show on the nose and not all the gray that surrounds it.  Anyone?

the back ground color should be 176x176x176 this i believe will make it trasparent. Once done it must be moved to the Aces High Squad directory. think it must be at 64x64 size by 256 color as well.
