Title: Can't pan in F5/F8 mode

For some reason I cannot pan my view while in the F5/F8 view mode.

It works on my laptop when using a gamepad that has a view hat, but on my PC, I use the KeyPad numbers and nothing happens. I checked the mapping, and it seems ok. It's the same keys for regular view shifting, right?

Are you offline?  F5 will not work offline like it will online.  Its a slew command for CM's I believe.

I'm On-line. It works from my laptop while playing on-line, but I am using a game-pad with a hat switch in that.

On my home PC, I use my TM-F16-FLCS, with the hat programmed for the Keypad views.

I need help with this please. Now that I am squad CO, I have a real need to make some nice screen shots and things. Without view panning, I can't get the angles I want.

Just make films and then use F5 and F8 to get screen shots.

Could someone tell me why the Panning mode won't work?

I should be able to pan my view from the tower, right? I can't

I should be able to pan my view while watching films, right? I can't

There has to be a reason, and I would like to know what it is if someone happens to know. Help please
