AH does not recognize buttons 7&8 on this stick. Please help.

I too am having problems with p 2 stick. soft ware installation is fine, but stick will not cal in ah. AH reads it, but almost no control of planes. I went as far as getting a bew stick, but to no avail same thing. Jehu, did yours cal right the first time?
