If this is the same company that thinks it has the right to clutter the sides of highways and other public areas with trashy popsicle signs disrespecting the neighborhoods they ostensibly want to service, I wouldn't consider them an organization worthy of anyone's participation, let alone monetary tribute.

When it comes to these kind of things...I stick to the rule of tumb..If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. A one time fee of 39 dollars for 9000 chans on your computer... :rofl

Considering Im not all that impressed with computer broadcasts of anything yet.
Thats about all I'd be willing to pay for 9000 channels LOL

But yea. I was thinking pretty much the same thing.
Just happened to stumble upon it.

I do however at some point see it happening in the future though.
The quality just isnt there yet

The internal cards they handed out used to spontaneously explode into flames.

You could also make a little aluminum bowl and fry and egg on it.

Users occasionally fell off their rooftops while on the phone with tech support.

This was about 5 years ago though with regular DirectPC.

I've had DirecTV for 8 years and have never had a bill increase.   Cable subscribers cannot stake this claim.    I enjoy getting a crisp picture with satellite, not continuous picture degradation from jumpers on a wire.

I myself wouldn't get Direct PC TV.
