I know its a long shot and that a lot of people think that it would just make it harder to "Have fun" but i think that with the new tileset, night is a thing that we can think about again.

If you go offline, and type   .time 0 00 0  that is the average lighting of night time. type  .time 5 30 0  that is the darkest time of night.

If i am correct, the reason that we got rid of the night was because it was to hard to see. Well i think its easier to see now at night than during the day. Theres no way that you can get snuck up on anymore, (if your watching the game and not AFK) Its not any harder to see icons at night is it? last i checked the default yellow red and green weren't hard to see.

These Screens are as dark as it gets.

If they appear really dark. try saving them and opening them full screen.

Nice reasons to have NOT night :rolleyes: All four pics looks like absolutely black squares in my TFT monitor ever if i set brightness to 100 (from usual 50).

i have no problem seeing them..
maybe w/ night they could make a extra server, that has night and day :P
then everyones happy except HTC who has to pay for more server space ;)

You have a separate server with night, you better remove it from the logs/stats, because it will be 100% milk running and base stealing, without a single fighter in the area.

Oh sure, maybe at first it'll have 20 (out of thousands of subscribers) but that'll drop to 5 or less at peak hours.

The masses have spoken. HTC removed night because when night time came in the arena, the VAST MAJORITY of the players logged off in disgust.

Don't expect it back any time soon.

their not going to add a "true" night time,people will cry saying it's to dark they can see anything.All you have to do is turn up your gamma :)  it's WW2 night vision:aok
