What Krusty meant to say was that it is a very nice looking Skin and he is sorry that he slacked off and didn't reserve the right to do it and admits its his fault.

Nice work on it too.  :aok

So any kill markings or those on this particular aircraft?

Dammit, Fencer, who gave you a English-Krusty/Krusty-English dictionary?? That was supposed to be kept locked up!

There might be something on the rudder. I've got to wait til I'm home so I can check my reference files.

Werner Schroer's 109 had 60 on its tail (6 rows of 10).

And a different interpretation of his aircraft, same number of kills on the tail.

P.S. It's flown by Werner Schroer, in February of 1943, and was in 8./JG27

The previous image I attached (up 1) says "Hptm. Werner Schroer, Rhodes, Greece 1942" -- so I'm guessing he flew it for a while.

EDIT: I've got a handful of Bouchon (restored spanish 109 with different engine) pics that use this paint scheme, but neglect to include the killboard on the tail. If you're interested let me know.

Thank cud it's not. Anyways, this is a million times better than "the cow skin". Much as I hate cro for taking it, I will definitely love to fly it in-game!

Ok...(i read your mind Krusty:t )

Anyway, thanks Fencer for that pic.
About that weird marking on fuselage, there is a black or gray dot right next to it, but i couldn't get a detailed pic of it either, so if anyone has a pic of that dot...

The dot's a hole. They stuck a shaft through the tail in one side out the other, and hoisted the tail off the ground. If you look on the default there should be one as well. Just get it as close as you can. It's on the panel line joint.

Cro, there's something you might not have noticed.

It's a problem with all 109s after the E.

You've got the prop colored, but THEN you have to go and also fill in a strip on the nose of each side (and on the parts under the nose and top of the nose (by the guns), because these are ALSO part of the spinning prop. You can make out on the screenshots that there's a strip of grey at the rear edge of the prop, but clearly on the prop.

You need to make sure the entire prop is the "proper" color.

I see, thx for pointing that out.

You should be able to find it easily. use the default as an example. The prop breaks from the fuselage at the second panel line, if you know what I mean. First panel line being the front edge of the fuselage on the bitmap.
