I think it's a problem with the new beaches. The beaches are still water, they just look like grass. Don't drive on them or you're sunk. Can't land an LVT on them either. Cosmetic only, no function.

Its the only port on the map that's not right, and you can't drive a PT boat in that "just looks like grass".
