I came across this website on a modeling forum that I frequent.  He has a lot of pics of instument panels, weapons, individual instruments, etc., for not only Japanese a/c, but also Allied and German.  Lots of research done here.  If this has been posted before, I apologize - I don't recall seeing it here.
