Can anyone help me with some translating? I need this translated  "wir mussen in grossen zeitraumen denken nichtfurden augenblick" It`s written on a ww2 era poster i was recently given.

I'm rusty, but I think you ran the words "nicht fuer den" into one word. It basically says we mustn't think of the moment in great times.

"We must in great times think not for the moment (eyeblink)."

A native speaker can help you better, but until then...

Zeitraum = timespan, in this case better: era or epoch.

Basically: you should not think of one moment but in increments of a whole era

(Sorry for my crappy english)
