The honorable gentleman Capt. Eric M. Brown is holding a seminar at our national aviation museum here in Bodø on Wednesday, about his experiences as a combat pilot and test pilot.
I’m very much looking forward to it, and if he allows for questions I’ll be happy to relay a couple of questions if anyone wants to? :)

If you could post a writeup about the event, telling us about the presentation and the stories he tells, that would be great.

I'll see what I can do ... might even get a video camera in there.

Lucky!! I've got his book right here. Wings of the Luftwaffe . Ask him something about the DO 355. (Think of something) ;)
Or, better yet, ask him about anything interesting he encountered trying to collect German a/c for testing after the war.
There's a story in the book about running into fog while ferrying a pair if AR 234s and the poor German he was flying with getting separated and "detained" by the Dutch.
Thanks

Lucky bugger!
It would be nice to have some contact to him, some link.
Maybe ask him if he would be ready to go again to the northern countries, i.e. Iceland in the fall, and if he would like to meet some LW personell while at it.
I am not kidding, I have been involved in the organizing of such.
