We have something very similar, and another very much like that with side mottling.
It's a very early scheme. That is to say, it's early because it's got no side mottling. Very early on they started applying camouflage mottling to the side. This is why you get a lot of the interesting paint schemes on 109Es, with the same base camo underneath, they applied them in the field.
The painting pretty much has them factory fresh. They did fly like that, at times, but most didn't look that "unblemished" :aok

maybe i have a bad length perception but who knows

From the engine housing and spinner, my guess is a late Dora, early Emil. Wings seem about right for a standard model, no T.
