Title: Are they going to "fix" the darkness?

I don't see any threads about the darkness in the game.  Does this mean that this is the way it is?  

Is the darkness a result of old drivers?  old video cards?  old farts?

Inquiring people want to know.

headlights in IL2s would be cool in this darkness, i would blind  them with high beam before HOing
