just thought I'd point the interested heads in the right direction, I can see where it would be helpful in those slow cook barrel cookers some of you have.

Ya know, I haven't fired up the grill in quite a while. Gonna have to get some steaks out of the freezer.:cool:

Good for a novice:) Only has one probe. Et 73 is a better choice:)
I have five on my smoker . 3 for product and 2 for smoker temps.

Yep,
 I lit mine up last weekend! The only thing I did was sit out there, drink beer and watched it. Then the wife showed up, my kids, some friends and all I had to do was light it off!
 That was at about 1300hrs, by 1500hrs there was baseball, football, frisbys (spelling) and a FANTASITC Sunday.

I LOVE SUMMER AND BBQ!
