Title: can't enter arena

every time I log on i click on an arena and it starts the preload and then boots me to desktop and sends me an error report with no useful information...I can't even log onto offline, I tried re-installing and it didn't help, rebooting my comp. too, but still no resolve...This didn't start until I downloaded new patch and changed Gamma, as per instructions.

any thoughts?

A lot of people have been getting the same problem. Attempt a system defragmentation, I heard that usually gets rid of 90% of your issues after a new patch.

Try downloading the full game package off the main AH website and re-installing AH. Maybe that will help out. If not, then I'll say to wait until the next AH update.

post your machine specs. Maybe the update just pushed your over the top. Are you using the hirez package? If you are you need to up date that too. Posting the error message could help too, take a screen shot and post the picture to the web some place.
