I think U-boats would be a great addition.

Make a Task Force, just like cv, but the TF wouldnt do the attacking, you would deploy from it in your own unterseeboot (U-boat). This of-course would be heavily perked under the vehicles category.

Read last 30 threads on subs, it would take too long to make them, more less change the whole game to use them : EX: water tiles
