In another post yesterday FBPlmmr pointed out that the F6F-5 didn't have, and needed, cup holders. I've spent the past 20 hours or so considering this and realized that AHII is absolutely DEVOID of cup holders! A virtual cup-holder vacume!
C'mon HT... fix this... you are losing people fast here.
If not remedied in a reasonable length of time I will vote with my wallet. I will quit... but not quite yet... I'll give you a chance... like a month... no... two... or... maybe longer... maybe even a year... or...
-
Just say "2 weeks" and we'll understand
-
i fail to see any poINt INcludINg cupholders at all and i am curious as to why you put your drINk down to begIN with.
-
I quit to!!! When is HTC going to model the B-52 to drop the nook on japan it has to be true I read it while ago on the greenpeace website. I want the YP-80 to we need another jet to off set the Me-262.
I QUIT!!!!!1!!!!1!11!! QUAH!!!!!
-
don't even get me started about the extra $1.08 I pay each month:furious
-
What's the problem? They gave me cup holders in my plans!
-
I have discovered a way to run a tube directly from my blender so the G's wont inhibit margarita flow. So I am staying a P-38 Dweeb :aok
-
My F6F has cup holders :shrug
-
Lavochkins have Vodka bottles.............
-
I QUIT Too, The M4s are not equiped with 24in Rims, or flipping cupholders! Come on HTC losing people in hordes. :rofl
-

I have handle bar tassels on the stick in my 109. They go with my assless leather chaps rather nicely.

Okay. Here's how to activate your cup holder. Go to the desktop of your PC & click on 'My Computer'. Right click on your DVD/CD-ROM drive & select Eject. There you have it. Your very own cupholder. :aok

..all i wanted was the leopard skin seat covers, the dashboard gremlin with the pointy blue hair, and a "Club" (tm) for when I have to park the plane outside the LTAR den....
but I'm not quitting anyway!
-
Could it possibly be that I have not yet had a chance to do the detailed Annalis needed for putting the cup holders in the F6F and let alone all the envy of the other plane fliers it would cause?
-
But Hitech, couldn't you just modularize the code, and plug that module into every plane that historically had a cupholder? Wouldn't that be the easiest solution?
:rofl

You can go to practically any automotive store and buy the things that clip into the window to act as a cupholder. How hard would it be to draw one of those in there? Might as well include the matching ash holder on the other side for our smoking friends.

Point out to me just one other credible source that says the F6F-5 had cup holders. You can't, because there isn't any. When you said that there were, you were lying through your teeth.
Now the F6F-3, OK, that had cup holders. But not the -5. Frankly, if HTC put cup holders in the F6F-5, this game would hold little interest for me.

WHAT!!!!CUP HOLDERS!!!! HTC already thought of this an decided that in a real dog fight reachin for a drink is all too un neccesary, instead there is a tube which injects cherry vanilla DP directly into ur ***. except in the LA-7 the tube is more like a PVC pipe an it actually serves no purpose.
one step ahead of ya

I think it was either Wikipedia or the Discovery Channel but I can't remember for sure.

Cup holders?
While where IN on this subject, a french fry holder and a metal slide for my cell phone would be nice.
A two meter magnet-mount antenna so I could use my 147 mHz ham tranciever would be nice as well.
Given any thought to roomier back seats to jeeps for when I bring a hot young date along?

I hope I am not giving away any squad secrets when I say the "Club"(tm) has been no problem for us since LTARmedc brought home a "Jaws of Life" (not tm) from work.
But, you are free to try . . .
ALL YOUR SEAT COVERS AND XM RADIOS BELONG TO US!!

Cupholders? Bad Idea. They are prown to braking while in flight.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFX3xb3VRbA
As you can see, even in modern aircraft, they are a bad idea. Just don't put your drink down.
LTARsqrl <> :aok :rofl

Oh how I miss the 80s. That commercial while the Top gun movie was hot. I still remember that commercial. It was one of my favorites.

You know, a lot of people have left the Aces High that were originals. I wonder who here still knows where "two weeks" originated from.
