Title: Arena Caps

Why do we need the Arena Caps during off peak hours?
It is not fun to join an arena with 50-100 ppl because the other LW is capped at 120. These Arenas obviously can handle 300-400 ppl during peak hours, in my opinion it just takes the fun out of flying during off peak hours.

because if HT turned off the caps for "off peak" hours, those that fly during "peak" hours would complain. This way it the same rules for all.
