Report also describes al-Maliki's deal with Mahdi Army's al-Sadr

If not it wouldn't be a big surprise considering that al-Maliki and the other Shi 'ite politicos of Iraq have to realize that they'll be answering to the Iranians when the Americans, as they are telegraphing every 15 minutes at this point, eventually withdraw.
