Title: Flickering effect

Hi, I'm having heavy flickering effects when near water. This is happening since installing the new patch. Is this some bug or could it my graphics card. I'm playing the game in a Gateway GT5404 with an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 Card.

It's the Intel chip.  Try getting and installing the latest driver from Intel (http://www.intel,com).
