I need help finding out how to site internet sources for both the MLA and Chicago writing styles.

What makes this semi difficult for me is that I am siting a government site.  http://www.dhs.gov/ (department of homeland security)

If anyone is familiar with the two styles, can you please provide example how I would cite both?
